Question.

Alright Guys i have a few questions i would like to ask. I am currently rebuilding/ restoring my 89 supra and just bought a motor off of Supraalso thats fairly built. I will be running the CT turbo too. I would really like to get rid of the stock accordian setup and MAF with a custom turbo to filter pipe like a few members are running. I have a buddies dad who is a welder and a great fabracator already agree to help me tackle this task. But i would like some advice on building one of these any surgestions ? he needs to to get all the measurments and what not i will give him that but want to do my resurch and give him the best info before hand. What meterial did you use ? what thinkness/gage ? are your using a coupler to clamp it to the turbo inlet? Pictures would be great too.

Any input would be great, I just want to say i am on here lurking alot and learning every day this site is great and very helpful.

the inlet that is on the AFM is BIGGER than the portion that goes on the turbo.

So it is a megaphone with an S bend in it.

I only knowof one person (really a company) that does metal intakes and that is cooleze.
