Question on jdm swap

I just purchased a JDM 7mgte 90 year model,But my car is a 87 will the wiring and sensors hook up? IF you have any tips or other information on doing this project to save me time It would be much Appreciated.THANKS

My car is a 90 Turbo and when I got my engine, it was a pre 89, so it was a bit different. All you have to do is remove whatever's different and replace with your other parts.

you need to keep the wiring harness from your '87, and put it on the '90 motor. you'll need to splice 4 one wire connectors at most. it's very simple. keep the ECU and HAC sensor that you have.
