yea it was quite a while ago. I wish i had looked at in more detail. for some reason though i dont think it was a true sequential. ill try to see if I can dig up some details on it.
regardless all im saying is they do exist, they wont be cheap and IMHO are not needed. you can always dog the gears in the r154 and no lift shift it in the standard H pattern

after further research I have remembered what I originally was thinking about. It does not do true up and down sequential shifting it is described here.

So you select first, lock the collar into position. When you want to change to second you wack it straight back, push straight up to get third and straight back to get forth.
