question about vacuum ports on throttle body

? about the 2 vacuum ports on top of the tb, is it normal that they do not pull vacuum at idle. also can i block both off or should i loop them together

so its normal for them not to pull vacuum?

i dont have any emission stuff on my car so should i block them off or loop the 2 together or does it not matter?

uh, well it WILL pull vaccum after the throttle opens... those nipples pull air BEFORE the throttle plate. so as soon as the plate is opened, it allows aire to be pulled thru the nipples. if you dont block them off, they will be boost leaks too.

yeah, dont use those nipples as any type of vacuum source for boost gauge, controller, BOV etc. They do not move enough air and will not work properly. Just cap them
