I was looking at grandprix-tickets.com for tickets to the July 2nd race in Indianapolis, and I was wondering which ones should I get to be able to view the cars/pilots up close before the race.... ? Anyone knows!?

It doesn't matter too much which tickets you get for the race. The best time to see the cars and drivers is on Friday and Saturday. On those days you can sit wherever you want (at least that's how it worked last time I was there). When I was there they didn't have the "pit walk" thing where you can actually get in the pit lane. We liked just sitting on the grass in the infield section the best, but you need to get tehre early.
