question about the dash harness?

alright so i was trying to figure out what this plug is. its from a 90 supra with airbags and abs. the plug is behind the passenger side kick panel and it comes off of the blue cluster of plugs theres also a power steering box and a wiper control box there as well. if u no anything about this please help. also does anyone no if i can use a harness from a different year beacuse i have 2 and neither of them have abs or airbags and i was wondering if i could use thos and what else i would hafta change?

that white plug is for 90 plus cars in 91 and 92 they chnage the mian plug with the starter lead in it

the other one looks to be for abs i think i


there is inly so many harness made for teh mk3


87 to 88 ge and gte and there auto counter parts
89 to 90 ge and gte and there auto counter parts
91 to 92 ge and gte and there auto counter parts

then there the 1jz haress and there is only 1 type far as i know auto and 5 speed

which whit plug are u refering to cuz there both white? the plug in pic #3 is the same on both my harness the plug in pic 2 isnt on either of my other harness and it didnt plug into the abs computer or the abs thing under the hood. both of these plugs were inside the car and they werent plugged in to anything. and i priced the whole harness from toyota and its $1,713.84 just for the dash part not the whole car

There are quite a few different harnesses for the A70 USA/Canada Supras. While I am not aware (as it has been a long time since I've had the dash apart), you'll need to find out what harnesses you are plugging into what, and then go from there to find any differences.

The following list is only related to engine harnesses:

87-88 are the only harnesses for the MK3 that are 100% interchangeable.
89 is not interchangeable with any other year (early-style body connectors, later-style ECU connectors).
90 is the first year that has the newer style body connectors and ECU connectors. (last year with the older round O2 connector).
91-92 are very similar to each other, but even they are not identical (different knock sensor connectors, etc.).

90-92 are quite similar, but you'll still need to re-pin a couple body connectors, etc.

If you want a plug & play engine harness, you need to get one from the exact year you have, unless it's a pre-89.
