If you have a question you need to call and actually leave a message. Don't call 10 times during the weekend or night when I am not even open, then not leave a message, then get on a forum and bash me about how I am hard to get a hold of.


I have an order confirmation on Feb 4. I have an email that was never responded to asking an ETA on the item on Feb 20. The package it was shipped in is dated for Feb 26 and arrived at my door March 3. That would make it 4 weeks for an order. Not a complete lie just off on my time from 6 months ago without referencing it.

Rich supplies a few of us UK owners and his serive is excellent, Even with the extra time/distance with shipping, I certainly will buy from Him when I need some more bits, As He offers good deals on shipping etc Unlike some US based companies.

Then you should say "a part that I ordered that was out of stock, took 4 weeks to arrive at my door".

The way you originally worded it would be interpreted "every person" "every part" " everytime someone orders something"

And that is totally false.

I do understean you probably mad about this believe me i will be too. But you won't callng a customer a troll or you telling me bullshiet .Don't get me wrong you seem like a good guy to deal with ,but Iam not to sure to do it with someone that says something like that. .I work as a customer service rep and even if they tell me you are telling me bs i have to find a nicer way to say things wether i like it or not ,and as a business you should do the same to have a greater business

As a customer and a ma70 owner, I only wish to have good communication between us. One reason is that emailing and calling wasn't efficient in getting to you, so I started this thread to help surface a minor problem. And it did. Thanks for the fast email, but all I got was parts was shipped, will be receiving soon. All I wanted was time frame, or tracking number. This only can I give an accurate date to my machinist. He is being very impatience, and when that happens it comes down to the parts. Not to bash your name at all, but to only find answers to a puzzle. As a ma70 owner, there is no better place to get great parts then those who builds them. Don't count me out yet, I'm still needing ALOT MORE PARTS FROM YOU SUPRA VENDORS.:aigo:

sure there is. You know from a business standpoint, there is a time to cut your own losses and literally say screw it. It is dependant on the type of customer. That is the advantage of being your own boss and not having to abide by pure corporate nonesense ;)

Hell I do it quite regurlary and never once has it been an issue.customer service is to actual help when there us infact a problem not to be trying to get extorted out of precious time and parts on stupidity.

Got my STUFF. THanks rich, though longer then liked, now my machinist can start finish the motor. One question.... which side is the oil scraper should face up towards the rods? The side with the IJ ingraving? Thanks again.
