Question about Foglight rewire

Hey guys I did my foglight rewire using this site http://the-ish.com/supra/?p=13

It states that I can turn on my foglights without anything on. Well I can only turn them on when I have ignition on. Does that mean I accidently wired them to ignition? If so then I will fix plus I am not using the fuse that it stated to use I am using the old school glass fuse. I will change it out since I have the correct fuse set up now for it. Thanks guys!

You did it correctly.

I have mine setup the same way and just leave the switch on, they turn off when I leave the car.

That's how it's supposed to be. They're free from turning on only when the headlights are on er whatever and can be turned on as an "accessory"

In all seriousness, supposedly yellow light within a specific degree Kelvin temperature range increases detail definition in things illuminated by that yellow light. As far as I know, the yellow JDM foglights weren’t legal in the U.S., hence the reason why they weren’t used in the U.S.

That’s the story as far as I know…by all means, someone correct me if I’m wrong…

Yeah I like the parking light foglight combo. Simply put Its sexy. Well Actually there are a few and I am talking very few U.S. spec cars that I've seen have yellow foglights. I want to get some for myself becuase my stockers were broke when I got the car so I put these rainbow ones on. I got compliments off em so far so ehh.

yeah I can turn em on when ever i want but the cruisers look better. =D

They're JDM style, I actually used USDM Acura Legend capsules, so they're 100% legal..

Yellow's legal in the US, but I don't think the specific JDM yellow is legal, same as amber for blinker lights, but it's close enough to pass...

I put real JDM fogs on my girl's 86.5 Supra and it's a very bright (and bad ass) yellow...
