Anyone know where to get a decent one? And by decent I mean so that it does not look like a sheep died on your dash? Anything other than carpet available? thanks

No. A decent dash mat does not exist. They all resemble either dead sheep or carpet. Or a bad combination of both, sometimes with artificial dye added.
They look fine new.
Most high end performance cars these days (as well as rally cars and other race cars) use black suede on the dash to cut glare. Dash mats do the same while protecting the dash. Not that I run one, but I've thought about it...

^^ agreed, they look good for a while..
I got one in maroon with the supra I bought. Its faded and looks yellowish now. Oh, and the foam sheds like crap.. leaves crumbs on the dashboard
