A while back a replaced my HG with ARP Head Studs. I have to remove the head again and I can't remember what size socket to use on the nuts of the Studs...

I can't get any of the sockets I have to fit the nuts with the cams on.

Did the ARP Head Stud kit come with a socket?

If anyone has any insight or advice on what sockets to use I would be grateful to be enlightened by you.

Studs did not come with a socket.
You'll need a 14mm 12-point thin-wall deep 1/2" drive socket.
Got mine at Sears, can't remember if I took the cams off first or not, but I think it cleared the cams anyhow.

Sears didn't have a thin-wall, so i got a regular 14mm 12pt 1/2" and it was too big w/o removing the cams... :(

Anyone know where else i can get a thin-wall 14mm 12pt 1/2"?

Try local parts stores. You want a chrome one, not a black one. You could use a 3/8 drive with an adapter, too. Make sure the adapter is impact(black) grade.
