Not too into psp so I dunno about all that kind of stuff, but aren't there like 30 tekkens on ps2 anyways? Xbox modding is great though. 
What else can you actually do with a psp other than play games/movies?

Anyway, What can you do on PSP? EVERYTHING. Mods for damn near everything. You can use it as a remote on your PC, a cell phone, a FM radio, a webbrowser, for GPS, data transfer ect ect. You name it pretty much.
It can play games from any system Nintendo 64 and below, there are roms for just about every system. A playstation rom is comming soon, FFVII on PSP FTW! Oh, Quake over Wi-Fi is pretty fun as well
. Personally though, I'm enjoying my GBColor Zelda's at the momment though.Oh and you can listen to mp3's, put music videos on it, supra videos, ect ect
