sorry for not having a pic of it, but i still havent gotten my damn digicam from my gf. anyhow, ill try to explain.

yall know of that tube from the power steering system that travels from inside the engine bay to a half loop on top of the stock horns up front on top of the intercooler? my question is, is that tube necessary or can i remove it without any problems? looks pretty pointless there unless it serves some purpose for like pressure or something.

I replaced mine with a little real cooler.
lmao! excellent wording, Ian... :biglaugh:

you can kill two birds with one stone, on this topic.
since there is no hurry to upgrade the ps oil cooler, wait until you upgrade your engine oil cooler. then, simply use your factory engine oil cooler as your new power steering oil cooler. beautiful idea, you can keep the cooler where it sits, and you need not waste a good part.

::edit::^ goin for a record on how many times i can put "cooler" in a sentence. :)

Ingy: Yep give it a good clean out and it'll be fine!

As Kurt(S90T) said the stock engine cooler is perfect as a PS Cooler!

I only bought a new one as I ran out of room to mount the stock engine cooler!

damn, stop replying so fast. i keep refreshing and there you go again. dont even let me check out the sites!

i did check out HPF out about an hour ago. currently checking JCWhitney which sells the same kits for somewhat cheaper (no offense HPF guys).

still, im a bit confused.

http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/...ku=oil+relocation&searchbtn.x=0&searchbtn.y=0

one says that its the relocation kit and the other is the relocation hose and fittings, but they show the same damn picture.

both combined make the whole system complete?

EDIT:
just found another link while searching the forums. got the direct link to the Summit kit.

$35 for that sounds great.
