Ive done a few cycles with creotine, it works but you gotta be carefull with it. You will loose all your gains if you just stop taking the stuff. You gotta load into the cycle and load back off slowly.
I use creotine and ate steak 3 times a day, along with a ton of other food basically. I also used I forget the name, it helps with muscle soreness, its some naturl acids...?
