A Huge THANK YOU to Jdub, IJ, And Everyone Else who has ever posted on this forum, answered my questions, or told me to F*$%off!!

!!!!!!THANK YOU!!!!!!!

At the suggestion of some of her friends, my wife entered her first car show with her '89 Supra. We weren't expecting much, with over 600 entries, Cool Desert Nights is one of Eastern Washingtons biggest car shows.

But thanks to all the help over the past 10+ years on Supramania and other forums, the judges apparently thought we built the Best 1980's Car at the show!

Th crazy part is - - we were the only Supra in the show!?!?! But that was probably one of our aces. There were multiple Z-cars, GrandNatties, Camaros, Vette's, etc.

But only one shiny Supra!!!

And we never really meant it to be a show car - it's her daily-driver in the summer - we just wanted a really clean, powerful, reliable MKIII Supra.

This car was built completely from knowledge gained through years of trolling Supramania all hours of the day and night. We couldn't have done it without you all!

Thank You!

Interior pics - seats by Leatherseats.com, as recommended by one of our SM members, in a nice suede-leather combo.

WOW soooo yummy!!
I like how the engine bay defies the 'cluttered' first impression with how neat and sensible everything is routed on inspection.
And your right, without this site and members, nothing would be the same.
Congrats on the 'daily' beaut!

Thanks for all the comments! And my apologies to all that I have forgotten to thank personally over the last ten or so years.

And even though it's a show winner, it also goes like it shows. In a back-to-back, two-event SCCA autocross meet the following day, she took second to a 2009 GT-R in Ladies Street Tire class.

Then she won Best Sports Car, 1971 and Newer, in the Independence Day Car Show this last weekend!

Glory be to all of thee! These victories are not ours alone. These wins are dedicated to the members, past and present, of Supramania.com, and to all the suppliers who have stuck by this lost-but-not-forgotten Japanese sports car.

Thanks again.
