Proper Wheel Sizing Help?

I have a buddy who Has a Pair of Konig Feathers on his mk3, They look great and only weigh in at 15-17 lbs. But Im not very familiar With The best measurements for the results he's looking for.

Your OEM Wheel Size: 7x16
Your OEM Tire Size: 225/50R16
Your OEM Offset: 41

I figured Alot of people would have something to say on this What do you Think?

The stock offset is +37, not +41 unless that is the offset for these wheels. Your post is confusing. Also, this would be better off in the million page long wheel offset thread which is a sticky.
