lol one year so far and I'm on my third Supra. This one for sure will be worthy of coming back to the US with me.

Nope this one is RHD. I have to wait until December 1st 2013 to put it on the boat. or a few days before. I have to wait until it hits it 25th bday. Then I can ship it. Anytime before that and it will cost us a good arm and a leg. and that would just cover importing costs.....then comes the conversion. Which is why we are waiting.
ok so i got the car saturday and ive been working like 12 hours a day on the car.doing mostly cleaning and making space in my 10x20 storage unit...but i had a supra owner day like no other on tuesday...but let me tell you about monday, i worked on the car till about 3:00am then went to sleep around four(stared at the car for like 45 minutes).then my mom calls me at 7:30 that morning and tells me she is down the street and her supra (yes my mom has an 89supra as well)was starting to run hot.so she gets a ride to work and i take a look at the car and came to the conclusion it was BHG.i had thought that is was BHG for a couple weeks but the typical symptoms werent there so,i was hesatint to jump to BHG,when she called and told me it was running hot,i knew thats what it was.so while im checking it out i find big globs of oil floating in the coolant resovoir. so i talk to a couple other mechanics i know and i called toyota and order a head gasket and head bolts and some other odds and ends.
Back to my car so last nite i was at a stand still cause i wanted to pull the engine but didnt get the hoist that day.so i decided to clean every single inch of the interior.

after i cleaned the center console i decided to pull the seats out,so first i pulled the passenger seat

Next i pulled the drivers seat out(the first one sucked trying to get out since i cant really open the doors so i had to lift it out of the targa top.and i thought the passenger seat was heavy.then i had do the same with the drivers seat.THAT SHIT SUCKED ASS.

APPARENTLY my cousin had some sort of pen fetish i threw like 30 pens away.
Next i pulled out the back seat

so after like 6 hours i was done.
i found 5 dollars in change,the spun rod bearings and the lock bezel for my passenger door.

OK so i pulled the engine out the other night, and should have the motor on the stand by 2moro, i got the bolts i need and should have fun seeing how much work the motor needs if it is even worth saving.

Only question is how bad is the rust..? Hope it hasn't eaten through the car, because if so, then I wouldn't even go further, and part it out and buy another one...

so its been awhile since ive touch the supra.I came across a 91 turbo supra and that kinda took up my attention.Since i last posted i have still been learning and collecting parts.
i have a really nice shop that i work out of now.

The 91 turbo i bought only had 89000 on it when i got it and after about 6000 miles i got a BHG.what a suprise right.lol
I then pulled the motor and had the head resurfaced,pressure checked,and the valve stem seals replaced.
i got a oem headgasket,arp headbolts,SS turbo oil lines,remanned PP,ACT 6 puck,and resurfaced the flywheel.
got the car back together and it ran great.After 1000 miles i turned up the boost and was running 10 psi and spiking 12.5 psi daily.
Then one day on my way home,just cruising took a turn at about 35 and my antilock went out and slide into a storm drain.FML the only damage was a fucked up rim and tierod.
i could have fixed it pretty easy but i was tired of my 91's constant problems and let downs.among many other things i disliked about the car and the fact i had bought a top to bottom fully built 7m from a good friend of mine that is on the mania as well,Kamikaze.
So that nite i sold the 7m out of the 91 for 1500 bucks and a complete knocked 7m. so the next day i bought a daily driver and a bigass turbo REBUILT HX35W FTW!!!!!!!!!! and i am building the 89 with a fully built 7m
