well we ran into some more wiring problems friday night. got those fixed....

saturday we finished it up had a PS leak and the radiator i got with my hydrofan assembly was cracked. i fixed the PS leak, swapped out radiators and then the tstat wasn't opening and the car was over heating. well i went and got a new 2J tstat and threw it in there and still no water flow....


hydro pump is dead......so all n all my weekend sucked bad. no mini meet and i didn't even get to drive the car.....GAY!!!

nah im cool with that now.... now im mad that the damn thing is still messed up car runs flawlessly tho nothing wrong with it other than water flow. so im stoked in THAT sense.

well i drove it to work today!!!!!! all is well. we got the 3 inch DP done last night it woke it up alot just going from stock open DP to 3 inch open DP. MAN what a difference lol...

so we'll be finishing up the back half of the exhaust and then its good to go!!!

oh shit i forgot about this thread. its all over the place in the 1J section LOL

well it was the tstat right now im driving it with no tstat and it flows perfect. im gonna buy a tstat this weekend and put it in.

car runs AWESOME tho. blown oil seal on turbo tho so it SMOKES LIKE SPYHUNTER!!!. sux but ive had a few races including one with a I/H/E C5 vette and was beating him until i hit boost cut in 3rd LOL

car is running awesome now!!!

hahaha thanks guys

just need to fix the leaking turbo oil seal. im back to driving my DD honda now just cause i can't stand it looking shitty while it idles. drives me up the wall....

now im saving for either a single kit or going 2J........hmmmmm

I Decided that i am going to Combine my multiple build threads and keep this one going only. which is why im bringing it back from the dead.

Well this past weekend Tissimo and i installed the single on my 1J

took awhile but finally got it.

As many of you know i fried out 2 ECU's on my 1J. I'm over the 1J ECU's and have decided to go with an Aristo ECU and Aristo Harness. I got 440cc Injectors while i was at it and a New TiAL 38mm WG as well.

While i had the car apart for pulling the harness and removing the injectors i decided to paint a few things

Still need to paint the Lower runners and throttle body and then i will be done with that part.

i will post more pics as i get them with the harness installed and all that good stuff.

Looking so awesome now. How does it feel compared to the twins? Isn't your turbo about the same size as my gt35r?

That Photon Blaster looks more deadly than an SKS.

LMAO hell yea i blast lotsa hondas with it while crusin' in the supra

it feels WAY different than the twins my turbo is a 60-1 so its a 58mm

nice single, hows it compare to the twins? dont ya think ya should rotate the BOV so that water wont get in and sit in there? besides its cool when ya blow off and all the dirt/leaves under the car blow out everywhere lol.

believe it or not but i haven't had a problem with water getting in it.

ofcourse i've only driven in rain once or twice. and even then the bov only opens between shifts. closed while driving

Reaper - curious on how the 440cc injectors with the 60-1 turbo works. I have the same thing that I will eventually install. Are you keeping the boost under 14psi or you're looking to get more out of it? I know someone from celicasupra.com running the same setup and dynod at 433rwhp but I don't know what's controlling the boost and fuel. Let me know how this works for you if you don't mind.

Once its all put together and running i will push it higher than 14 psi.

i was running 14 psi on the stock 370's. it was hitting boost cut but was still pig rich.

60-1 wont put out A LOT of power. i expect 400whp on 18psi. which will be fine on 440's. my body connectors i need to finish the harness will be coming in, in a few days then they install takes place. i will keep you posted in this thread.

Edit:: to control boost i will just be using a MBC, and for fuel i have an SAFC2
