Shouldn't this be in the MKIII General section?
And to answer your question, I'd start by getting replacement parts for the ones that are damaged. As far as I can tell, you'll need the upper and lower front bumpers, the upper bumper support, DS fender, hood, corner markers, and the front left trim with the side marker on it.
You shouldn't need anything from the firewall back. Open your hood and show the damage, you might need a new hood latch and radiator support.

Check those frame rails. If they're bent up, you can start with looking for another supra, or spend mega $$$ getting them straigtened out.
