Thats only about 1/3 of the pics i took.

Purchased for $900. Has the.....dun dun dun.....BHG.

Everything electrical works, and the interior is in actually good shape, minus the obvious things in the pics.

The plan currently is at a fork.

Option 1: Order the HG, Timing Belt, ARP Bolts, Gasket Set now and get this beast running in a week. Then take off all the moldings, sand down the rust spots, prohibitor, then paint.

Option 2: Wait 3 weeks to pay off the loan i got to get this, and to buy GTE donor car (complete with Engine, Harness, Trani, Diff, etc.) and then wait another 2-3 weeks while i rebuild that engine (BHG) and make it all nice and sparkly, repaint the engine bay, and then put the new in. And finally get to drive it after 6-8 weeks.

Plans after it gets road worthy is to repaint the exterior a white with a bit of silver flake. Mild Suspension, Intake and Exhaust, and Rims.

Once thats done, my dream car of the S2000 will be close. When the S gets paid off, the Supra gets garaged, and i take it back apart again and find a 1JZ.

Either option, that wouldve been part of it.

Paint options im thinking about currently.

Im really looking into the idea of a light pearl white with a bit of silver flake. Going to get rattle can made up here at a local shop and spray my valve cover to see how it turns out, as a bit of a test. If it turns out great, perfect. If the paint peels from heat, i dont care, i found the color of my car. lol

Seems like the cracker has had a little bit too much salt.

Took the moldings off, and noticed, that.........THEY WERE SCREWED ON.

I cried i a little. Pics speak for themselves.

Man, I'll tell you what the last 2 owners that owned this car screwed in my trim, and even the piece near the mud flaps just like yours. Seriously are people really that F$cking retarded? I would rather have NO TRIM or my piece fall right off seriously. WHAT THE F%CK!?!?!?!? I already posted in your profile page get 89+ trim.

Nice project you got there bro, hmm after the head gasket job, what else is there to do cosmetically? I would suggest a few upgrades, its up to you if you would want to do that.

1) 89+ Tails along with the 89+ mouldings, since they are all plastic they won't rust.
2) 89+ 3-piece spoiler (again its up to you)
3) 89+ Front end? (imo the pre-89 has an agressive front end, you choose)

other than that you are off to a great start, i wish my car was painted already! lol

Tails on it now are in Pristine condition so im not going to change them out.

89+ Moldings are definitely in the works, front bumper will stay the same. Spoiler is also in the plans.

Cosmetically my only goal is to get rid of the rust and have it look stock lower it a bit and add rims.
