Problem with vibration

I just noticed today that my car at speeds over 20mph about the car vibrates really bad steering column included. Before recently I would get similar vibration when I was off throttle or braking, but now its happening all of the time. Has this happened to anyone before, could it be the tie rods or could it be my diff giving out, any insight might help. I pushed on the wheels to see if anything was loose, and everything seemed rock solid.

I got under the car today to find the bolts connecting the driveshaft to the diff were hella loose. so I tightened them and it fixed it, but I'm worried it will come back. Because of the tight space I can't really get a torque wrench in there, so how do you guys suggest I get them tight and keep them that way. I don't know if this matters the nuts are on the diff side and the bolts and lock washers are on the driveshaft side.

Lock washers go on the nut side. And I use locktite.

Ya stock bolts have green loctite. I just tighten them really tight. Never had a problem with reusing them.

Sight along the UNi joints , they should all be in perfect line front to rear.
