with a map ecu you wouldnt need a FCD.

if your using the 550cc injectors, it would be a good idea to go with the lex afm, and the walbro fuel pump. you might already be there, but i just dont know.

yes. 550's at 500hp is getting *near* their limit. rule of thumb: always have more fuel than you need.
