I cant rememeber if I revers fed oil though the center or the ring part. I just have a aftermarket oil cooler plate and a filter on mine so I unbolted the oil cooler plate and filter to get in there. I was pouring oil right into the block its self and it did not take much to over flow. I then checked it by turning over the engine by hand and just that pushed some oil out of the hole. I belive I put the oil in the outer hole (the non threaded one) but am not 100%.

Hope this helps,

Jeremy

could have Pulled the EFI fuse Crank it all you want (with out going to hard on the starter) you will prime up just fine. or you can pull the ignitor plug for the same results. yeah about 30 sec is the average then a clean start should fine
not really
EFI fuse out = spark but no fuel injection
igniter plug out = no spark but still injecting fuel

You don't want the last one (chance of bore wash) and really not with the spark plugs out; nice puffs of fuel vapour ;)

When you want to turn over the engine but don't want to start it, always pull the efi fuse or even better, pull the resistor plug of the injectors (if you have that) that way you don't reset the ecu.
When priming or doing a compression test; pull the spark plugs
