Is the pump that connects directly to the hydrofan via the semi-hard line the water pump?

What connects to the larger diameter inlet on this same pump?

So if I am installing a cooler for the hydrofan where should it go (in relation to the fluid loop, I know the cooler itself can go inbetween the condenser and radiator).

Definitely the clutch, Rear main seal, take a look at the harmonic balancer (replace the front main if removing the HB), vacuum lines, gaskets, and ensure everythingis sealed up & not leaking. What kind of wiring do you ask Aaron to do? Extend the harness to go thru the stock harness entrance?

+100 and don't forget to run new rubber for vacuum/boost lines, or silicone if you never want to worry.
