Hey guys, here it is. All ready for a buyer, you just tell me what wastegate flange you need on it, and where you want it. It is flanged for a T4, but just tacked so that can be changed to whatever turbo flange you wanna run. The primaries are made from 1/8" stainless steel, mandrel bends, the flanges are 3/8" 304 stainless as well. Outer diameter of primaries are 1.900" the Inner diameter is about 1 5/8". Has a 6 into 1 merge collector for a turbulant free flow. Manifold is garanteed not to crack...ever. It currently has a semi-polished finish, but would look absolutly sexy ceramic coated with the chrome finish. I can have this done for an additional $100. This is one of the most hardcore manifolds available for the 7M. Leaves plenty of room for oil filters so relocating should be an issue. Turbo seen in picture has a 60-1 housing, and there is a little more room for growth.

Let me know what you think of it. I worked really hard on it, so try to be nice if you hate it.

I am asking $800 for it as of now, but don't be suprised to see the price go up. I have about $400 into material costs building this, and about 15 hours.

Looks good, my man.

I would have no problem or hesitation to get one of these off of you...

UNFORTUNATELY, The SSAC manifolds go for dirt cheap anymore...and they're proven to work (well, to do their job, anyways).

I can't say if it flows better than yours or if yours would just blow it out of the water...but all I know is it's hard to compete with mass produced China parts.

As said though, looks great and I can tell you've put some time into it.
Welds look solid, quality looks 110%...I like what I see.:)

BTW: Nice BRIGHT @$$ YELLOW VC's and BLOCK

Thanks for the kind words. An equal length manifold with a merge collector will out perform an SSAC manifold all day long. My manifold will give the turbo an equal pressure from all cylinders at the same time, making for a stronger, faster spool. And as I mentioned...it won't crack. As well as I can flange it for any turbo/wastegate combo where as with the SSAC you are stuck with using an adapter, or hacking it up. Yes, it is very hard to compete with China, my products are developed for those who want the best, not just settle for whats the cheapest. Believe it or not, I have built and sold close to 100 manifolds so far, (many of which took the place of a crack SSAC manifold) I know there are some of you MK3 owners who want to be a cut above the rest, and I am here for them.

Looks great man. Just so everyone knows, I read 304ss on the flanges, but what material did you use on the runners- 304 or 321?? I do hope to start seeing something like this on the mk3 rather then the SSAC, but only time will tell. I guess for now I'll be rocking the RPS one (which I don't even know if you can get anymore)

Runners are 304 as well. 321 SS only has to do with its "Rockwell Hardness" it is a bit "harder" (more dence) which has little to no relevence when used as a turbo manifold. Believe me, 304 is PLENTY hard enough as is! I really hate dealing with it, as a machinist it dulls any type of cutting tool in a flash, and can very easily become completely un-workable in a second.
