How Much horsepower will a 7mgte will hold with stock pistons and stock rods? How much boost can it hold in the same condition? What turbo can be better to a steup for a supra that is going to run at 15 - 20 psi with a 3inch exauhst? Wich head Gasket is better a Greddy or a HKS? The ability of a 7M to withstand power depends on its condition.
If we're talking about a brand new condition 7M with a stock headgasket, properly torqued, most agree that 400rwhp is about where one would worry about breaking something.
On an old and tired 7M, it may be 200hp, 150hp, or even idle that breaks it.
Do a compression test, leakdown, and a coolant test to see what condition yours is in.

i have seen one 7m supra on the net that made right under 600rwp on a completly stock bottom end but they said it only lasted about 3 months so i wouldnt suggest that probably 400 reliably

ok, what will be the advantage of putting a eagle piston conecting rod, and a wisseco piston? does the car can hold more without breaking? and many people tell me that the HKS FCD is a good investment, but other people say that a aem ecu is better wich one is more realible and more effective doing some upgrades whith a 7mgte? another thing my car i don't know why but i try to drive over 100mhp and it get there fast just to 100mhp how can i make the car go over 100mhp like from 100mhp to 140mhp faster?
