power steering return line clogged?

yo, today i started up my 89 supra with pps. then i lost power steering because the return line popped off, which was clamped on there tight. i am beginning to thnk the line may be clogged somewhere wich is building lots of pressure. is this possible? where should i look? thanks.

Where exactly did it pop off? Try attaching it again and see if it does it again. Do you have PS whine?

it popped off right where it comes off the rack has a rubber tube, then goes to a hardline again. but i fixed it. i took all the hoses off and they were all easy to blow through except fot the oem cooler hose, so i ripped that out and bypassed it (for now, ill get a better cooler later). but its good now. but know the power steering didnt wHine except when it was super cold for like 1 second on first startup.
