Its in the way, it's ugly. How did you guys deal with it? It's a remote tank, so would it make sense to just cut the lines and drop it down a few inches so it's under the thermostat housing? I wanted it out of the way of the CPS, so i unbolted it from those two braces that hold it on, the only problem is it's leaning on the sensors in my stat housing and one of them is already cracked :/. So... Relocation or removal/smaller or nicer tank ideas?

any tank will work, you can use the non turbo style one, the 4th gen gm f bodys have a nice black tank. just go look around a junkyard and fine you you like.

I bent the factory brackets on mine and mounted it to the strut tower using a long bolt and spacers from a seat belt.

I have my boost controller on my strut tower, so that won't work. I like the placement, though. What about right on top of the pump? I could just use a long funnel to fill?? Any pics of it in the charc can location?

Yeah I should have... I guess I have never been one for making an engine bay pretty... for sure I like clean and oil free... but it is my DD that sees 40k a year and 1/2 of that is in the rain in the NW... so it is hard enough keeping the paint looking respectable let alone the engine bay... though I love to see a pretty engine bay, so would be last one to put someone down for wanting to make theirs pretty.

Gettin ready to pull rack n pinion to replace unit and add filter... maybe this would be a good time to paint it :)

I just removed it and put the NA reservoir in the stock location on the fender. Been working fine now for over a year

+1

Also, it would be good for this thread to remind everyone to use ATF fluid ONLY in them. If you need to verify this, refer to the pictures above.
