Power steering questions

LHD Racks look very different Nathan, I'm NOT seeing any PPS there though!
(usually a small solenoid and wires)

leave the power steering on. i just put mine back on after not having it for a year? maybe less... and i'll never put myself thru that again.

even though its on the lighter side, 86.5 sport model, with a bunch of crap gone and e-fans... i could turn the wheel pretty easy without p/s. but with p/s, good god its so easy! but i lost most of my 'road feel' that i had.

if you want to elimiinate the pump, get a spare fitting that goes onto the rack, and then run a feed line to the rack via the overflow, and then just cap the big nipple/old feed for the pump, i had it that way and had no problems. just need space for the fluid to go when you go from full lock to the middle.

Sounds good to me. ill have to get some diagrams and figure out how to get p/s working. Shouldnt take long cause the sticky says it's been covered bunch of times.

(I have enough outputs on the MoTeC to make it work how I want)

Mine is pretty damn good with the front end geometry I use though.

I want to delete my power steering. I wasnt sure if I could because I thought I had PPS. Now that I know I dont have PPS Im going to try to get my power steering working again, or cap it off somehow.
