How to tell if my Supra has "hydraulic reaction" or not?(the pump that is)

I'm guessing what they mean by that is progressive power steering. Judging by the info above I'd say you do have it but to maker sure look for wires that go to a solenoid on the rack, or just the solenoid itself.
