I dont short sale vendors or make inacurate appraisals in threads.
Again you live 15 min from one of the best most reputable supra shops in the area and very affordable. Custom exhaust is the best deal for the $ hands down the only way to get a cheaper deal with about the same quality, if your a pro is to build it yourself.

Don't know if this was already mentioned since I skimmed through this thread, but using V-clamps would allow you to change out and modify your stuff if you need to change things around, like for exhaust laws or noise issues.

Here's a pic of my set...

Also, eBay has a great DP on sale for around $250~$260. It recirculates the wastegate exhaust back into the system but needs the extra "lip" welded on to make it divorced. Here are some pics of it...

The Flowmaster Super 40 3" muffler makes this work VERY well. :evil5:

The chinaman DDP's fit for crap and have the flex section in a bad spot. Trust me, I have one from the first run of them...

They do fit fine in some cases but for the cost of the pipe from Lin
and the quality any minor tweaking from an exhaust shop would be a minor fee at most if there is any issue.
Here if your order them direct from him you can see them at his page when I ordered my downpipe it was only $80 but mine was for a 1JZ/2JZ with a vband clamp. Also If your worried about the flex section you can order the exhaust with out and just pay an exhaust shop $40 to put one in the DP where you perfer.
Also he does adjust and tweak the exhaust the original 1JZ Y pipes he made didnt line up well since people here report issues with alignments he does correct his products.
his email is mndljb@vip.163.com
I also like how people talk crap about his work but not know that other name brand vendors buy his products and slap their name on it and double + what it would cost to buy from him direct, but then going around customs dutys bulk shipping holding times inspections the import brokers etc is a challange and you have to know a couple loop holes to get through them with out getting extra hassels.

There is no divider that separates the turbine from the wastegate...another reason the eBay pipes fail:-(

this how it's supposed to be.

That's why after I bought it, Seth welded a metal divider on to separate the turbine from the wastegate. Should've added that bit of info in.

EDIT: I DID mention that...

I've got a Tanabe SHM exhaust that we pulled off of my 89. It's pretty much still new because I didn't get a chance to drive it alot before I parted the car. I'll probably have it up for sale in a few weeks after I separate it and box it up. My 91 has an RSR GT on it so I think I'll stay with it.
