Power Antenna conversion possible?

Yes I have search and no luck.

I do not really like the power antenna where it comes out of the car. I like how my solara did not have any antenna just like allot of the newer cars. Has anyone found a way to rid of this long power up antenna to something like the newer cars? I guess the new cars have some sort of internal antenna. Anyone care to teach?

nothing special.. just hooked up the wire to the antenna and made sure the antenna is stable. doenst work to well though.. but oh well fills in that hole well. It did work well on my friends miata though.

Yeah I want to do something that will get good signal like the newer toyota does or at least near. I do like what you have though and I would not mind doing that if it had good signal all the time.

i just removed mine and plugged the hole.. i put a cheep antenna inside the trunk.. it works fine and looks alot cleaner

The stock antenna when up reminds me of an R/C car..
