here is my BOSS-550 setup....

I saw a new one at Vegas. The quality of all their products looks really good. The elbow was fantastic. If you have an old fashioned downpipe like me, get the elbow from them.

Wish I knew...

All I do know is that it has a 4" inlet, 3" outlet (compressor side, of course). Believe the hot-side to be 17cm^2, 1.01 A/R. GReddy doesn't have any other info from what I've seen.

Mine bolts up to the stock manifold! Turbo Concepts TC-61 T3 footprint with custom T3>CT26 adapter with integrated external WG port:

It's a great turbo for the price, and nice since it bolts right up. Turbo Concepts can provide you with the T3>CT26 spacer, the oil lines and a downpipe as well.

This is with a partially clogged cat too, a slipping auto tranny and a setup that needed more tuning so there is lots of room to grow I would say to 550-600hp.

yes it is definately loud. no bad attention yet. if i don't let the turbo spool it's fine. i have a 3" full exhaust with a cat and muffler. i'm going to actually replace that and get a new high flow cat, resonator and muffler to quiet it down. it doesn't matter since i have this 3" boost activated cut out right after the down pipe:

it doesn't open up till about 5psi... after that it gets super loud

i bought it used from a guy who got the kit from turbo concepts, not sure what he paid but i paid $1200 for the kit and i think he paid a few hundred more brand new.

i haven't really messed around with my boost controller yet (maftpro) but this is the dyno when it made 16psi just using the spring in the tial wg:
