Here's the Supra I just bought. (This is the day I picked it up, and before any cleanup).

Lousy pic from as far back as the garage wall and wide angle allowed. With the ABflug vent put in during fitment. I haven't had a chance to finish anything on the car this year (funny how buying a house does that), and I may have to take it all apart again as I have a real duct on the way to replace the replica.

I've always thought the earlier front end looked much more aggressive. It had front end damage, and I had the pre-89 parts sitting around. It's ugly and dirty right now, but I'll be refinishing the bumper and installing the pre-89 foglights that I also have laying around. I removed the lower grill and will be removing the mounting tabs when I refinish the bumper.

That car looks familiar. Was it on eBay recently? Indiana-Ohio car?

Yep. The car was in Akron, OH, and I bought it for $430. I was told that all it needed was a cleanup, fuel pump, and rear window; but I soon found out otherwise. :)

So far, I've replaced: the fuel pump (Walbro), rear window, transmission pan gasket, neutral safety switch (went out last week), speedometer cables, battery, some rear widow trim, and wiper blades.

I still need to replace the fan clutch (gets a little too warm at idle), blower motor (doesn't work at any speed setting), steering wheel (looks horrible); and I need to figure out why it doesn't want to start all of a sudden. (I'm thinking it's CSI related, as it started alright until it got cold this past week).

I've taken all of the APC stickers off, but the car will need a repaint next summer; as the owner said that the guy before him just spray painted black paint over the factory black paint.
