On a side note where can you get a good condition pre-89 front lip, have been looking for a while and could not find one...

ya it opens. im guessing its custom it came with the car when i bought it so i dont know who did it or where it was done i got the car from a gut named phuc ly in altanta

Since the front bumper is back on (as of a week ago). And yesterday I got it running again (finished relocating the battery), here is some new pics.

Thank you. It's not fully done, but I am happy with it. When I go in for paint, I will make sure it's done perfectly. BTW, that's about 30 hours of hard work to get the bumper to look like that. Took 6 weeks total.

x2. i think it's just the molded look. maybe it would look better if it wasn't molded? idk. just my $0.02.

I never really liked the true Turbo-A duct bumpers. Too raw. Looks like it was an after thought. My goal was to make the duct look like it came as part of the bumper from the factory. But as with the flush mount headlights that I will be installing hopefully before too long, it's all a matter of personal taste. I don't build my Supra for other people, I build it for me and me alone. Granted I do take others $0.02, but ultimately I make the decision as to what I do to my Supra.
