A bit of a long shot, but since you replaced the head gasket did you remember to put FIPG under the front cam caps per TSRM? They will leak without it..

To correct Poodles, I don't offer theoretical advice. I've been putting the third cover on last for as long as I can remember.

Sorry JJ, but I just did this last month with a brand new third cover. It has notches where the cam cover bolts go and you'd have to force it in. TSRM also agrees with me...
