Polyurethane bushing grease??

I got some subframe bushings from ronniek, and just wanted to know what type of grease to use,

ive read a lot of people using something called silglyde and othe people saying just to use a lithium based white grease

whats the best/correct grease to use?

i just used pez red used it on all other Polly shit over the year's it's slippery so i thin i am good to go
