Dyno numbers on different days in different temps are comporable only to an extent. I could have put down 300+ or less than 280 on a different day.

I never said stan had a stock ECU. I asked why is he asking? If it's a mine's, sard, blitz or any other ECU, it would clearly say that.

When in doubt, just open it up and look

No dyno sheets, what type of dyno, boost pressure, or outside conditions were given so it's hard to contribute a dyno number to one cause(the ECU). Not enough evidence to draw that conclusion until Stan tells us more. :dunno:

stan, don't just open it up and look, make sure your wearing some sort of wrist strap to prevent static electricity from damaging your ecu if you're that curious.

just in case you didnt already know.

true, and the sticker could have been peeled off if were a blitz, mine's, etc.

Man, I'd be pissed if I had what I thought was a stock ECU and sold it to someone only to found out it was a blitz or mines or something. :)

lol, well bobiseverywhere had a techtom ecu... and didn't know until I asked him to open it up and send me some pics. ;) now I have that rom board.

this is why I asked Stan to open his up and snap some pics, because of the unusually high dyno numbers. check his build thread.

Either way, the numbers are strong for a first shakedown run after finishing the swap.

I wanna redyno mine sometime soon. I dynoed on a pretty hot day at 12psi and the car is consistently boosting higher than that in cooler temps.

too many variables

hell the other guy that dyno'd less couldve had lower compression in one cyl. or the CPS wasn't completely shield or picking up false knock and what not...

too many variables

my buddy on 18PSI 2JZ cams and crappy tune made 308 whp and 313 trq
