Expensive but well worth getting is a 14mm allan socket from snapon. I think mine was like 36 bucks. But totally worth it even if i only use it once in a while.

My local NAPA store had a 14mm allen wrench on the shelf for about $10. What is the purpose of the screw/bolt in this plug? I have the plug, but the bolt is missing, is it anything that I need to worry about?

Part number 90341-24008 is still available. Your local dealer is either lazy or doesn't want to be bothered, I'd take your business elsewhere imo.
