Engine is just rebuil after rod knock has new rod and main bearing, oil pump shimed 6mm and clearences cheked .
And there is no oil pressure at idle on idle it is only about 0.1 bar at at 3000rpm it is 2.3bar . What can be the problem for this low oil pressure?

OK... Is it No OIL pressure or LOW oil pressure?

If NO pressure, check your gauge to start with.

forgot to mention I have instaled mechanical oil gauge so it is accurate.

Did you plastigauge (sp) the bearings before you put it back together? Did you have the crank polished, mains honed? Is the rest of the oil system stock? IE oil cooler or remote mount filter? Is your mechanical sending unit in the factory sending unit hole?

Crank is polished, all bearings are +0.25, oil system is stock, gauge is in stock hole.
machine shop puted the bottom end together so I dont know about plastigauge.

Check oil lines, this could be the problem.

I forgot to clamp the 2 oil ports on top of the valve covers
and i didnt have any oil pressure at all, i put clamps on them and
my oil pressure was perfect.

little things can screw up everything.

But thats just what it "could" be or hope it would be.

EDIT: Do you have any oil leaks? ie: Oil puddles under your car in the morning etc?

Is there enough oil in oil pan ? it needs 6 qts .

oil is 10w40 semisyntetic. oil pan is full .

stock oil pressure rating was always low too, I shimmed my pump to meet spec.

i looked at my PCV hoses and they are craked in few places can this be a problem?

did they reinstall all your oil squirters?

I think Oil squirters were never taken out
