What I was trying to say, was you cant push too much boost, haha sorry. Too much boost = too much cylinder pressure, or no?

More boost will increase cylinder pressure but boost alone isn't going to break ring lands. It's the extreme pressure from detonation. When deto occures the pressure spikes and that's what kills pistons. N/A pistons have a thinner ring land so they won't tolerate deto as well as a gte piston, not that a cast piston will tolerate much anyways. I wouldn't worry about cranking the boost, just don't let it knock at 25 psi.

What IJ suggested is good advice. Don't run it at the limit.
