Pinout differences between Soarer/Supra

Hey guys,

I know someone who apparently needs a new 1JZ-GTE ECU for his 1st gen 1JZ, it's in a Soarer.

I know the Supra has the extra pigtail coming out of the ECU, not sure what those wires are for exactly, but I'd like to know if a Supra ECU can be used in a Soarer.

That flying lead is related to the TPS, and is more important in an automatic setup.

If his car is not auto, then you could use any 1JZ ecu, as long as you adapt the harness.

I've got an extra CPU here for a JZX90 A/T
I am 99% sure that it will work in the JZZ30 application.
You may purchase it thru PM if needed you know where to find me Jeff.

Supra jza70 ecu has 2 row pins ecu plugs, and the soarer and chaser which are interchangable with each other have 4 row pin ecu plugs.
