seriously... wasent even a race at all. both mustangs broke, the cressida was un tuned so it would of lost for sure if that 2nd stang started. and yeah... dude could of acted a little more mature atleast.

atleast top end looked fast as hell. hmm.. makes me think i should na-t mine

Didnt really miss anything. First mustang broke, some problems with the Cressida where it was breaking up under boost, first mustang blew out the hg, cue mustang 2, got 2 races and then they couldn't get mustang 2 started. I agree that i wish they had run the cressy all out but I think the stang might have taken it as they never did get it running right. Rematch might be in order

Why can't they put a real car up next to a Toyota? Like a LSX powered car or something. Fords arn't good enough to stage next to a 2jz.

How does a car just un-tune itself? What standalone was it?

i got a feeling it was maybe intentional or a rush job. on the intentional side it would make sense to have 2 maps, 1 to use for the first few runs to say theres a problem (just add in fuel and retard timing to make it sputter up to) and then negotiate hard and get the "fixed" map loaded.

as for the rush job thats what the 'stang guy kept saying so {shrug} coulda been they didnt get a good tune on it to start with

The Cressida was very lucky not to lose his car. It ran like shit from first to second and then ran like a bat out of hell. The second mustang could have spotted him three bus lengths and still beat him. It rode a wheelie for about the first hundred feet. I thought it was funny as hell that the mustang blew a head gasket in the first race. I'm glad he won, but I know he had to be disappointed in the way his car ran. He was also running the AEM, and either the coilpacks were breaking up, or he standalone was fubar'd because it stuttered and stalled something awful through first.

dude.. shittiest episode ever... this is what happened,

cressida vs. first mustang, they burn out, mustang blows headgasket, cressida makes a run, and runs like crap till near downt he track.

cressida wins.

cressida races 2nd mustang,
mustang won first round was it ? cressida ran like shit. negotiates. cressida gets like 5 car lengths, mustang flies off the line, catchs cressida at the stage were it ran like shit. cressida barley wins.both pull up. mustang cant start. stripped flywheel or someshit. cressida lines up, makes another shitty pass. and wins the first car.

owner of the cressida hoots and hollor over the win, being somewhat of a a hole imo....

being said... there was not one good race throughout the whole show. cressida ran like shit, 2 broken mustangs. (the 2nd mustang would of won for sure if it was able to start)

the cressida ran like shit, but when it was about like 3/4 down the track. it just fucken woke u p and roared.

nuff said. stop asking. the episode wasent worth the air time.
