Piercing trouble

Well, I got my lip pierced about 1 month 1/2 ago. I just recently changed the ring and it was fine up until about an hour ago. I was messin with it and it swelled up like crazy within like 30 seconds. So I took the ring off and it stayed swollen for like 30 mins. Then all the sudden the swelling went away just as fast as it came. Then I tried to put the ring back in and the hole is closed? Anyone else experience this?

lip piercings take 4-6 or 6-8 months to Fully Heal.

it could jsut be a flap or Unhealed Skin not allowing you to push the ring in, dont be a sissy, Push harder it might hurt but it'll go in

Hey, it went back in lol. Just a little while of scratching at the hole and some dial anti bacterial soap on the ring. No problems. Thanks for the encouragement. Lol.

i had it, umm i had a nippe peircing, fell out, and then i couldnt get it back in

NO DIAL AINTIBACTERIAL SOAP!!
nononono!!! i had both sides of my lip pierced.... dont take it out unless you have to! it take a WHILE for your lips to heal because the flesh is so thick. go to your local organic markt..(whole foods) or reg. super market place. and get non-idozied sea salt! 1 tsp per cup of WARM water. soak it for 30 min 2 times a day. makes it feel BUNCHES better and it cleans it as well. no hydrogen peroxide or alcahol of any sort!!! && DONT TUG ON YOUR PIERCING! it tears the flesh and you will get lovely scar tissue and the piercing will never heal! good luck!

Dammit JENNY!, where have you been all my life? Or at least the past month and a half lol. They gave me this H2Ocean stuff which ran out after a week that didnt seem to have any effect. How do I soak the outside of my lip in the salt water for a half hour? Lol.

put the saltwater in a water bottle,then just the water bottle against you lip,it will make a seal after awhile.i never soaked my lip but jenny did all the time and she does her ears all the time.

YEAH! but the suction isnt good for the healing.. hold a glass or a smaller glass of some sort up to your lip... shotglass? its a pain in the A but it helps, trust me!!
