IMO:
The combination of the lowrider-deep low, the whale tail, and the Starions really sets this car apart as extremely fooking cool.

The whale tail is really an RX-7 IMSA racecar (edit: STYLE) aero piece, and it fits very well with the classic '80s Japanese Sports Car shape of the 89+ MKIII body - which as we all know looks better LOW. And the Starions - you can't get more '80s without a time machine.

All that I would change would be the hate-it oil cooler, and totally polish the Starions to a gleam.

Thanks for sharing - excellent work.

Um........... thanks for telling me what's on my own car...? Its actually just a Bomex replica wing. For a Supra.

But I agree, these cars need to be low :)

I did not mean to offend, I was simply rambling on about style. That spoiler is awesome, and I felt compelled to mention it's stylistic roots... but I did not intend to imply that it was an actual RX-7 IMSA artifact and now must apologize for my poor wording.

i just installed a set of starion wheels and the rear is rubbing like crazy, my fenders are currently rolled, i may need to pull them. Are you suffering the same, seems like your tires stick out just as much as mine...

I raised the front about 1/4" and lowered the rear about 2" the other day. I'd say there's about 3 inches of lowering room in the front and about 2" more in the rear if you don't care about spring droop. In these pictures the fronts were at maximum low without drooping the springs and so were the rears. The wheels should be getting new tires and then I'll readjust everything to get them looking good :)

So pretty the coilover can still go lower but the springs will just not seat properly? What will happen if its turn all the way down and let the spring droop?
