I have been thinking of going to a larger exhaust when I upgrade my exhaust manifold and turbo later this spring.

The Goliath sounds too loud for me, but the Tanabe is not much bigger than my HKS Turbo "stocker" looking two tip that I have now. (It's 75mm and very quiet for the most part.)

Anyone tried putting a resonator on the Goliath? Somthing 4", stainless and straight flow should not effect power much, and it would be quieter right?

I hear ground clearance is an issue if your lowered on the 4" exhausts too.

Anyone have some feedback on this?

In my very limited (800 miles) I've never scraped the goliath, I did scape the BIC DDP. You will not scrape the muffler as it is angled up. Under the axle is really the lowest point, if you are scraping now then 4" will just be worse. The only way you'll scrap under the axle is if you run over a dead animal, large rock or run over half a speed bump. Another factor would be the quality of the roads around you, there are some bad ones in seattle but for the most part Puget Sound has nice roads. As for the noise... I'm not changing anything, its a sports car :icon_bigg not a luxary sedan.
