Wanted To See: From the Group Buy

For those of you who purchased the header nose panel can you post up pics of it installed now. I know there were quite a few that purchased but since that whole thread is now disintegrated, I would like to see them now.

Thanks.

here's mine before it was stolen..

there was a gap on the passenger side because the OEM brackets are riveted on, and you need to also; I opted not to as I was going to repaint it and didn't want to deal with taking it apart, so it's only bolted on the panel support, not at the fenders. The gap would be non existent if it were bolted to the fender..

the upper gap is due to the hood needing an adjustment..

the header panel support needs to be cut, but that what makes it functional as well, as air will enter the radiator...

Regulus stuff is so ugly.

Even the nose piece?

It's seems quite functional though. A good rush of cool air to the radiator!!

I agree with a full Regulus front, it just got too many slits and openings which makes it too busy. But the nose piece is aight. ;)

It was sarcasm. I had the entire Regulus kit.

I'm not too sure about the header panel, as that make the front look a bit too busy IMHO.

That said, I'd rock that bumper in a second! :) Guess I know what I'm keeping my eyes open for...

Just fitting my header panel now. Bit of a chore to get the old one of and looks like i need all the brackets that are riveted to the stock piece, oh joy. Lol!
Would like to have seen how much is needed to cut out of the the metal work before i get the grinder out. anyone got any pics before they fitted the panel on?

Its very simple, just place the regulus panel on top of the header support, and you can see where you need to cut...

You need to remove the headlights and a bunch of bolts to get the panels off, luckily not the front bumper, that can remain intact...

Its definintely a full-weekend project..

Good luck!
