i didn't know there was a difference.

im looking for a larger bore one right now..
I'm just shooting some ideas, but a MKIV booster MIGHT have a larger bore, or possibly a newer Toyota Truck.

Jeff Lange might know the bores of some of these.

My 89 and 92 look the same. They are both non-abs though.

Clutch, not brake.

CLUTCH
The master cylinder has been changed from the
port– less type to the conventional type used in the
Corolla and other models. In addition, the cylinder
body has been charged from cast iron to aluminum
to reduce weight. Other components are the same as
in the previous model.

BRAKES
The front piston in the master cylinder in ABS
(Anti–Lock Brake System) models has been
changed from the center pin to the orifice type used
in the ABS equipped MR2 and others. This reduces
idle stroke and improves brake pedal feel.
The wheel brakes which are controlled by each
piston have also been reversed. The front piston
controls the rear wheel brakes and the rear piston
controls the front wheel brakes.

All MA70's and JZA80's have a 25.4mm bore on the brake master cylinder. Brake boosters are also the same size.

Also, they all have 15.87mm bore clutch master cylinders, though the slave cylinders vary quite a bit.

they fitting is different, it has a banjo bolt that bolts to the master cyl then the line screws into the banjo fitting

Thanks Jeff and Tissimo.

Now the Epc makes sense, I thought it was a bleeder or something.

Hey Jeff is the line fitting thread and pitch the same?

Tissimo can you get me a pic? :icon_bigg
