I was fooling around in PS and gave my AVS5's a black look too. I'm at work, and unfortunetly its not online right now, but its really close to dugum's last pic.

Anyway, i spooged when I finished it, and I'll def be making my wheels black late this summer

edit: I was also thinkin about doing the rim in a semi gloss black while the spokes in a matte black look.. might give some interesting depth to them.

The program I use makes it hard to do black, but here it is anyway. I just used my color balence feature and darkened the wheels, then merged that layer and lightened up the whole picture.

Oh yeah and in the magizine Supra, wtf is that computer in the passenger side for? lol

That's it right there...

Thanks so much.

Thanks everyone else for all your help.

I'm not sure what's up with the computer in the Supra. I'd tell you if I could translate it. ;)

If you want the real dark look like trydrew rendered, you will need black-plated rotors and black calipers.

I blacked out my previous car and the rotors and calipers really sealed the deal. Looks fine with regular stuff too - just not as evil...:evil2:

Lol yeah that rotor layer got darker as I messed with the lighting more and more. You can see them in the front wheel in the first chop but on the second all I did was lasso the whole rim, darken it then lighten up everything.
It could be better but that's what your chop is for. :icon_razz
