i think if he took off that front bumper and put a nice set of rims and had a
7m in it it wouldnt be that bad but the rear lights make the car look wierd and they make the ass of it look like a bubble

From viewing the pics that show his shop, and the vehicles he seems to have there, accompanied by his accent (ya'll), i would tend to believe he's a southern statesman, who enjoys mustangs and for some reason is trying to turn a Supra into one. The tails, that 3/4 glass filled, sorta looks like a fastback mustang. Front is all supra, but that's it. Oh, and ya, he's probably doing a 350 or ls something swap, it wouldn't fit the car if he left the motor japanese.

Folks, as I said in the other thread, keep the posts civil, and try to be constructive. Scaring away the new members just because you don't agree with their innovations is bad juju.

It's people like this that push the envelope. Some of their stuff may not work out, but some of it will, and the sleeper crowd (of which I am a part, admittedly) will certainly never try it.

Unlike most of us, chances are he'll mold in tail lights off a mustang, paint it up, and then decide what he thinks. If he decides that he doesn't like it, he'll pull them out and try something else.

I know that many people on here dispise body kits, but I have original Kaminari side skirts and rear bumper, and a different front that I picked but I think it will all look good together. As far as that supra goes I personaly don't like it but to each his own

seriously. why dont we all just step aside, and look at the craftsmanship, even if you DONT like what he's done to the car, look at HOW WELL he's done it...

92turbo4life, you need to calm down a bit. you're putting yourself on a pedistal, simply because YOU believe that your stickers are better than his custom work. it's HIS car, let him do what he wants. there's no reason for the snide and sarcastic remarks.

i remember reading many, many posts about how people hated the mkiv decals on your car, and even if you didnt put them on there, i'm sure you didnt like people ragging on it CONSTANTLY, which is exactly what you're doing to noxide.

step aside, admire the custom work. if you dont like it, dont hastle him. where would we all be if nobody did anything custom? he didnt ask for flame fest 2k5. he asked for his fellow supra owners advise, and style, so that he could possibly incorperate it into his car, thus making it even more unique with a different array of styles. c'mon guys... :nono:

I admire your body skills and wish I had them, but the tails and the quarter glass mods aren't for me. I don't think you'll have to worry about another Supra looking like yours though. I'm sure it will blend better once painted though. G/L.

P.S. Your going to have some terrible blind spots, be careful when driving.

:werd:

Also, when do you use the rear side glasses to check blind spots? :dunno:
You should adjust your mirrors so that you never need to look back for blind spots.....

Go ahead Noxide.... put a Ford V8 in it and supercharge it.... :bigthumb:

have you thought of putting the side vents of the new stang on it?functional w/brake cooling ducts :)
when you get something under the hood and lower it, you'll defenitely have an eye catcher.
GL keep it up

92turbo4life: i think you secretly like the stickers:naughty:

I Just finished the Main exterior of my 87. Lets See what Ya'll can come up with for wheels, side skirts (even off of other cars), and some type of spoiler. Oh and Im gonna drop it also, but ya'll can do it in the pics too.
Looking forward to Ya'lls ideas.
Well I don't have photoshop, so bear with my mspaint.

This first one is what I think you car should look like, paint it blue, put 18's on it with an 89 + spoiler. Also put the back windows on. That would be sick.

I'm sorry I'm an asshole. I can't help myself. Yes I'm getting counseling, bear with me

But If you don't like that one, here is another version that I came up with. Will only cost about $8.

gotta aplaud you for the skillfull body work. Wish I could do body work that well. It's not my style, but to each his own. Its a love it or hate it look, I'd love to see it painted though. What kind of motor do you have planed for it? I'm with catback on the stang vents, that would look sweet, and you obviosly have the talent to pull it off and have it look right. Good luck with the project.

All I did was shave the body line, front bumper, rear window, gas cap and tails. not much. And who cares about blind spot, learn how to drive and you wont have that problem. That you for the few of (ya'll) that support me. and F*%^ Ya'll, im from Texas. Just wait untill I get in a magazine in about a year, and your cars will be blending in with everyones moms. :naughty:
