Actually, for stuff like this I use JASC Paint Shop Pro. I don't usually dig out Photoshop anymore unless I need some really advanced features - or occasionally plugins that aren't available for PSP.

I have heard of JASC but never used it before. Like all powerful graphics packages there is somewhat steep learing curve. Dont expect to be able do The Sistine Chapel after 15 minute of poking. But there are many tutorials and the undo feature is great. :icon_bigg. One of the big things to learn is how to use layers to your advantage.

There's no silver bullet for that, I'm afraid.

I put the selection on point to point, then trace out the car outline by hand. Use CTRL to subtract from the total selection and SHIFT to add.

Once I get it all selected, I save the selection to disk so I can get it again later if I need it. :)

Grim nice work man! WOW I owe you a beer! Hopefully you are comming to CHI2k6!

Subaru blue it is! I know every one has it, but damn it looks sooo sexy! The purple is different, but I would feel "ghetto" or "Girly" driving that thing.

Black... well every body has black. But subaru blue! Now theres a color!

What about sivler or pear white there Grim? Go wild too like orange red any thing you want to waste your time on.

:)
